Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to electrical services provided by Linked Electrical( “we”, “us”) to customers across North Shore Auckland, New Zealand.

Quotes and pricing

We provide upfront quotes before starting work where possible. Variations may apply if unforeseen conditions are discovered on-site — we will discuss these with you before proceeding.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking. Invoices are due as stated on your invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Workmanship

All work is performed by registered electricians to New Zealand electrical standards. We stand behind our workmanship with a satisfaction guarantee on completed installs.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of re-performing the relevant work or the amount paid for that work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
